I bought the Panasonic RP HTF600 for a reason. Aside from it being cheap ($30), it was also highly recommended by headphone enthusiasts mostly in the head-fi forums. Reviews on Amazon were quite positive too (but we all know everyone who buys stuff from Amazon reviews product positively).
Right now, I am primarily using the headphones in office. It, having a 10-foot cord is perfect and of course the sound quality is good enough for me to have it around my ears for 5-8 hours. It does also have a semi-open back design w/c enables me to still be aware of what’s happening around me. Its does leak sound but not a lot as with full open headphones.
I took the Panasonic headphones home though for this weekend since I wanted to play around more with it and play it with some better sound sources and amplifications. I was happy with the sound and I could echo the same sentiment that this is definitely a good headphone especially value-for-money wise.
I’d love to post a more in-depth review of the cans when this blog is more complete and when I get time. 🙂
